OSCILLATIONS
An oscillation is not a failure to decide. It is a system doing exactly what it was designed to do — moving between two states with precision and consistency, never stopping, never arriving, generating energy through the motion itself. This is important context.
Oscillations is BNDL’s most ambitious release to date: a 16-track album preceded by a single of the same name, and the record that most clearly defines what the BNDL catalog is building toward. If Reset was infrastructure, Oscillations is what runs on top of it.
The single — 5:28, released ahead of the album — functions as a summary document. Everything the album does at scale, the single does in miniature. It is the executive summary. The album is the full report.
The album opens with Reboot — not the same as Reset. A reboot preserves the underlying system. A reset wipes it. The distinction matters. Infinite Capacity follows, a track that sounds like what happens when a system is told it has no limits and proceeds to test that claim. Quantify arrives at track three, methodical and exact, the sonic equivalent of a spreadsheet that keeps adding rows.
Espionage is either about corporate intelligence gathering or something more personal — the ambiguity is the point. Late Capital arrives with the quiet confidence of a system that has already won and is simply processing the paperwork. Ascendance is nearly six minutes of something moving upward without rush.
The album closes on Termination and Non-Disclosure — a sequence that should be studied. Termination at 5:48 handles its subject with more dignity than most exit processes manage. Non-Disclosure runs 6:19 and says everything it’s not allowed to say through the music alone. It is the best closing track in the BNDL catalog.
