SHIP TO
TEAMS.

Your system works in the test panel. Now it goes live where your team already works — Microsoft Teams. They talk to the lead agent like any chat. They never see the workers running underneath. Then you watch the analytics and improve.

Final Check

Before You Publish

Every worker passes its test cold, with clean structured output.
The lead routes correctly and reaches each worker through its flow.
Escalation works — you’ve watched it refuse something out of scope.
No agent sends, books, or changes anything without a human in the loop where you decided it should be.
Go Live

Publish to Teams

01
Open OPS_LEAD. Top-right, click Publish. Confirm. First publish can take a minute or two.
02
Go to the Channels tab. Select Microsoft Teams.
03
Click Add channel, then Availability options. Choose to install for yourself first to pilot before sharing.
04
Open the generated Teams link. The agent appears as a chat. Send it a real request and watch the whole stack run end to end.
05
When you’re confident, return to Availability options and share with your team or submit for admin approval if your org requires it.
Teams — your agent, live
You → “Summarize the Q3 vendor thread and flag any open items.” OPS_LEAD → Routing to SUMMARY_AGENT… OPS_LEAD → Done. 3 key points, 2 open items flagged below. [clean structured summary appears]
The Part Most People Skip

Read the Analytics

Copilot Studio’s Analytics tab is where you find out what to fix. Two numbers matter most:

01
Escalation / fallback rate. High here means your routing is too narrow or the instructions are unclear. Widen or clarify.
02
Low-confidence sessions. Read the actual transcripts. They tell you exactly which requests confuse the lead — your next round of improvements writes itself.
Now make it visible

You built team infrastructure. Don’t let it be invisible. Tell your manager what’s running, what it handles, and what it freed up. Frame it as a system the team relies on — because that’s what makes you the person who owns it. The work isn’t done when it ships. It’s done when the right people know it exists.

You Did It

From Worker to Lead

You now run a system instead of running tasks. The next level — multi-team orchestration, the full context engine that feeds your lead from your notes, and the conversation that turns this into career capital — is in the full playbook on our Etsy shop. This is one pack in a growing series.

Following costs nothing and makes a real difference. If the noise suits the work, a follow on Spotify or a subscribe on YouTube is the best thing you can do.
